Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist serving grades K through age 26 in a school setting located in Garden City, MI. This role provides vital support across a broad age range, including post-secondary students, focusing on assessment and psychological services within the educational environment.
Assignment Dates:
May through June 11th Additional assignments available for September and October Key responsibilities: Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students from kindergarten through age 26 Collaborate with educational teams to support student success and well-being Provide consultation based on assessment results to assist with educational planning Maintain accurate, detailed records in compliance with school policies and regulationsQualifications:
Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience working with a wide age range of students, including post-secondary levels Knowledge of educational assessments and individualized education program (IEP) development Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and other psychologists in a district with multiple practitioners (currently five psychologists) Strong communication and organizational skillsWork Environment:
