Assignment Experience (What You Can Expect) (When available, ESS Clinical shares real assignment details early in the process) Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations Collaborate on IEP development and progress monitoring Exposure to a variety of grade levels (PreK-12 opportunities) Work with 1-2 buildings when possible Collaborative teams including Intervention Specialists, SLPs, Counselors, and Administration Your Impact as a School Psychologist You'll support students across academic, behavioral, and social-emotional domains while helping schools create environments where students can thrive. Core Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments Collaborate on IEP development and progress monitoring Develop evidence-based interventions for students Provide individual and group counseling support as appropriate Support
