General Summary Provides advanced outpatient psychotherapy to a diverse client population as part of an integrated behavioral health team. Delivers treatment for a wide range of mental health conditions and supports high quality clinical care through evidence informed practice. Serves as a senior clinician by mentoring other practitioners and contributing to a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.
Major Duties Providesprehensive, evidence informed psychotherapy in individual, group, or family formats for a wide range of mental health needs, from high acuity concerns to general life transitions and wellness.
Utilizes and promotes innovative, evidence informed therapeutic approaches to enhance clinical effectiveness and support high quality care.
Assesses and treats substance use concerns within a holistic mental health framework to supportprehensive and integrated client care.
Provides clinical supervision, mentorship, and case consultation to graduate interns and limited license clinicians to support professional development and foster a culture of clinical excellence.
Conductsprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develops individualized, data informed treatment plans that address the whole person and support holistic care.
Collaborates effectively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and coordinated support across clinical services.
Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in related field from an accredited institution.
Two years' relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience treating both general mental health conditions and Substance Use Disorders.
Current, full licensure in the State of Michigan (LMSW, LPC, or PhDPsyD).
