Healing Haven is a state-of-the-art behavioral health organization with three clinics across Metro Detroit supporting children with autism and their families. We serve the entire family through a collaborative, multidisciplinary model that includes ABA, Speech and Occupational Therapy, Counseling, Parent Training, and Autism Testing. About the Compass Program We are seeking individuals enrolled in or planning to pursue a Master's program in ABA (or a related field) to join our Compass Program . This is a structured, full-time fieldwork practicum designed to prepare students for the BCBA role by providing exposure to various restricted and unrestricted experiences within a professional clinic setting. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision (Restricted Hours). Participate in supervised clinical and administrative support activities to satisfy BACB requirements (Unrestricted Hours). Rotate through various clinical and support roles as dictated by training progression and clinic needs. Engage in weekly individual and group supervision to review goals and performance feedback. Minimum Requirements Academic Status
  • Enrollment in an accredited Master's or Doctoral program in ABA or a related field. Students who have already begun their fieldwork hours are encouraged to apply. Commitment
