Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Bring your expertise as a School Psychologist to support K-12 students in Monroe County for the 2026-2027 academic year. This on-site contract opportunity invites dedicated professionals to make a meaningful impact across multiple school locations, including Monroe Public, Dundee, Jefferson, and Airport. With four positions available, you'll collaborate with diverse school communities to promote student success and well-being. Qualifications and Experience:
Hold a valid Michigan School Psychologist license (verification required through the state website) Experience in K-12 school settings is preferred Strong communication, assessment, and intervention skills Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to helping students thrive Must be available for full-time, on-site work throughout the contractKey Responsibilities:
Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret evaluation data Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver direct and consultative psychological services to students Support the social, emotional, and behavioral needs of the school community Participate in team meetings, crisis intervention, and program development In this role, you'll work 37.5 hours per week, fostering positive outcomes for K-12 learners throughout Monroe County.
