Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding opportunity is available for a dedicated professional to serve as a School Psychologist supporting K-12 students in a contract position based in Sturgis, MI. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by addressing the diverse psychological and educational needs of students across multiple school locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive in-person psychological assessments for students K-12. Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing insights and recommendations. Collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. Manage a flexible and evolving caseload, adapting to the changing needs of various schools within the district. Travel between school sites as necessary to fulfill assessment and consultation requirements.Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Valid School Psychologist credentials or eligibility. Ability to manage a dynamic and varied K-12 caseload with flexibility. Strong collaborative skills to work with different teams and stakeholders.
