Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students from early childhood through 12th grade in a single, vibrant building. As a school psychologist, you'll make a meaningful difference each day, helping students unlock their potential while collaborating closely with educators, families, and staff. This contract role runs from August 19, 2026, through May 27, 2027, providing a well-structured, full-time schedule at 40 hours per week. What you'll bring: Valid school psychologist certification or license Master's or specialist-level degree in psychology or a related field (Ed.

S., NCSP, or equivalent) A strong understanding of the needs of students from early childhood to high school Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Experience with educational assessments, behavioral interventions, and supporting IEP teams Ability to work independently within a supportive school environment Your impact will include: Conducting psychological and academic assessments for students across all grade levels (EC-12) Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with education teams Providing counseling and intervention services for students in need Partnering with teachers, administrators, and parents to foster positive educational experiences Supporting multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and positive behavioral interventions Maintaining records, documenting evaluations, and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings What to expect: Consistent assignment in a single building—no travel between sites required Engaged, collaborative colleagues who value everyone's expertise Structured contract from late summer 2026 through the end of the 2027 school year The chance to influence a diverse group of students and help shape their educational experiences Transform each school day into a positive, impactful experience for students and staff alike. to inspire success and make a real difference in a supportive educational environment!
