Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling opportunity as a School Psychologist providing leave coverage for the fall semester. This contract position offers full-time hours and allows you to make a positive impact across three schools, supporting a diverse caseload of PreK-12th grade students. Your expertise will help guide students, families, and staff as part of a collaborative and dynamic team.
Key Qualifications:
Hold a valid Minnesota School Psychologist Certification Previous experience within educational settings, preferably PreK-12th grade Knowledge of assessment tools, behavioral interventions, and IEP processes Strong communication, consultation, and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively across multiple school environments
Essential Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students of varying ages and backgrounds Provide direct and indirect intervention services to address learning, behavioral, and emotional needs Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective support strategies Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of individualized plans Travel between three schools as an itinerant psychologist to support a flexible caseload In addition to a rewarding career experience, this position offers competitive compensation, ranging from $48/hr to $54/hr.
