A travel opportunity is available for a dedicated School Psychologist to provide expert psychological services in various school settings around Duluth, MN. Key qualifications and experience:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology Valid School Psychologist license or certification in Minnesota or the ability to obtain one Experience conducting psychological assessments, developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and providing counseling support to students Strong understanding of special education laws, regulations, and best practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Willingness to travel regularly within the Duluth region to serve multiple school sites Responsibilities include: Administering and interpreting psychological and developmental assessments for students Developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs to support student success Collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to create effective intervention strategies Providing direct counseling and crisis intervention as needed Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to school improvement initiatives Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines This travel-based position offers the opportunity to impact numerous student populations across different school settings while developing a versatile and enriching professional portfolio.
