Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by providing key psychological services within a supportive school environment. This contract opportunity for a School Psychologist offers the chance to use your expertise to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Qualifications and Experience:
Current licensure or certification as a School Psychologist Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and interpreting results Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education guidelines Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working across diverse student populations and age ranges
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and participate in eligibility determinations for special education services Develop, monitor, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Deliver counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support to students as needed Consult with educators and families to implement effective strategies for student success Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with school and legal requirements Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expertise on student development and mental health concerns
