Job Description

Job Summary:
We are excited to recruit Testing Psychologists to provide psychological evaluations for kids and teens at several of our partner clinics and sites throughout the Twin Cities. We are seeking passionate, caring and experienced evaluators with expertise, or an interest in developing an expertise, in conducting full psychological batteries for kids and teens, and specifically neurodiverse kids and teens. The Testing Psychologist will conduct psychological batteries for kids/teens referred for evaluation related to ADHD, Autism, OCD, behavioral challenges, or social-emotional symptoms. Psychologists with interest in ADHD and Autism testing will be highly considered. The evaluations will be conducted at one of our partner sites or clinics. There are opportunities in Lakeville, Edina, Roseville, Blaine and Minneapolis. Full time (4-6 evaluations) and Part time (at least 2 evaluations per week) positions will be considered. Full-time positions are paid on a hybrid model of a base salary plus compensation based on productivity- a percentage of each billed client hour. Pay Range $90,000-$120,000

Natalis:
The Center of Attention at Natalis is a new department within Natalis that provides specialized care and support for neurodiverse children and teens and provides caregivers a space to get skills, support and to learn positive parenting strategies. The Center of Attention focuses on strength-based care, evaluation, psychoeducation and support to help kids and families embrace neurodiversity while building specific skill sets and individual insights.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct full psychological evaluations that answer the referral question according to best practice standards Conduct ADHD and ASD evaluations Conduct diagnostic assessments (DA) Collaborate with Natalis Departments and the Center of Attention multi-disciplinary team members Write reports based on testing results and present to the family in a feedback session within 3 weeks of the testing session. Complete timely documentation according to clinical standards Attend clinical consultation groups at Natalis and collaborate with referring providers Opportunities for supervision of pre-licensed staff or trainees
