Join a Collaborative Team Dedicated to Diagnostic Excellence We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Minnesota. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys psychological assessment, diagnostic clarification, and working collaboratively with other specialists to support individuals and families across the lifespan. The role focuses heavily on comprehensive psychological and neurodevelopmental evaluations, including assessments for autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and other developmental, behavioral, and emotional presentations. You will play a critical role in helping clients gain diagnostic clarity and access appropriate treatment, educational, and support services. What Makes This Opportunity Unique Strong emphasis on psychological and neurodevelopmental assessment Opportunities to develop specialized expertise in autism and developmental evaluations Ongoing consultation, mentorship, and interdisciplinary case collaboration Training opportunities for ADOS-2 and ADI-R administration and interpretation Collaborative environment with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, behavioral health clinicians, and autism specialists Meaningful work that directly impacts treatment planning, educational supports, and long-term outcomes for children, adolescents, and adults Outpatient setting with a balanced and sustainable caseload Primary Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological and neurodevelopmental evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults Administer, score, and interpret cognitive, developmental, behavioral, adaptive functioning, and personality assessment measures Complete diagnostic assessments for autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other developmental or behavioral concerns Prepare integrated evaluation reports with diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations Provide feedback sessions to clients, families, and caregivers Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated care and treatment planning Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards Qualifications Required Ph.D. or Psy.
D. in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, School Psychology, or a related field Current, unrestricted Psychologist license in the State of Minnesota or eligibility for licensure Strong diagnostic interviewing, assessment, and report-writing skills Experience conducting psychological evaluations and integrating assessment findings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Experience conducting autism spectrum disorder evaluations Familiarity with ADOS-2, ADI-R, and other neurodevelopmental assessment tools Experience working with children, adolescents, and families Interest in expanding expertise in neurodevelopmental and autism assessment Professional Development & Support We recognize that not every talented psychologist enters practice with extensive autism assessment experience.
