Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A travel opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist to support educational settings in Minneapolis, MN, and surrounding areas. This role involves working directly within schools to assess, diagnose, and provide interventions for students with diverse psychological and educational needs. The position offers the chance to apply your expertise across multiple school environments, enhancing student development and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral strengths and challenges Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed Maintain detailed and confidential records in compliance with applicable laws and district requirements Travel to various school locations within the Minneapolis area to deliver servicesPreferred Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist Experience conducting psychological assessments in K-12 settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage caseloads independently and provide effective consultation to school staff Flexibility and willingness to travel between sites This role offers a dynamic environment to leverage your school psychology skills while experiencing a variety of educational settings through travel.
