A contract position is available for a skilled School Psychologist for the upcoming academic year. In this full-time opportunity, you'll focus your expertise in a single, supportive building serving students from early childhood through grade 12. Key Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
Master's or specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist Familiarity with comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational assessment administration Strong skills in data interpretation, report writing, and creation of evidence-based intervention plans Experience providing counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention services in a school setting Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive educational environment for all students
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group evaluations to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with staff and families Offer consultation and intervention strategies to teachers, administrators, and parents Provide direct counseling support to students as needed Contribute actively to Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) teams Maintain accurate and timely records and progress documentation Support a single building population ranging from early childhood through twelfth grade, maximizing continuity of care This rewarding assignment runs from August 19, 2026, through May 27, 2027, at 40 hours per week, offering the professional stability to see your interventions take root.
