Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. This contract opportunity offers the chance to collaborate closely with educators and families to promote student success and well-being in a dynamic learning setting near Rochester, MN.
Qualifications and Skills:
Master's degree in School Psychology (required) Valid Minnesota School Psychologist license Experience working with students at the elementary, middle, and/or high school levels Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills Collaborative approach with staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to guide intervention planning Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans Provide direct counseling and behavioral support to students as needed Facilitate crisis intervention and support safe, positive school climates Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to identify strategies for student learning and mental health needs Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation in a timely manner This role is perfect for someone with a passion for helping children and adolescents thrive in their school environment.
