Accelerate Bx provides comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, consultation services, and support for families and adults.

Position Description:
The Licensed Psychologist will primarily conduct comprehensive neurodevelopmental evaluations for individuals throughout the lifespan. This role will utilize evidence-based assessment practices, clinical interviewing, standardized testing, and emerging technologies that enhance diagnostic accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive neurodevelopmental evaluations. Administer, score, interpret, and report standardized psychological and developmental assessments. Complete diagnostic interviews with caregivers and relevant stakeholders. Understanding and incorporation of culturally responsive practices. Prepare clear, comprehensive diagnostic reports with recommendations. Collaborate with families, providers, pediatricians, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals. Utilize innovative and emerging technologies that support assessment and diagnostic processes. Help provide consultation and feedback sessions to families. Maintain documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards. Contribute to the growth and development of Accelerate Bx's clinical services and programs. Participate in quality improvement and clinical best-practice initiatives. • Collaborate closely with centralized administrative and operational support teams to streamline scheduling and intake. Qualifications Required Licensed Psychologist in Missouri, license eligible, or provisional license eligible prior to start date. If provisional license eligible, must have completed 1,500 pre-doctoral internship hours prior to start date. Experience conductingneurodevelopmental assessments through training, internship, postdoctoral fellowship, or professional practice. Demonstrated understanding and practice in differential diagnosis of neurodevelopmental diagnoses, intellectual disability, and learning disabilities. Expertise in neurotypical, abnormal and lifespan development. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Commitment to culturally responsive and family-centered care. Preferred Experience in providing telehealth services and assessments. Experience working with young children and families. What Makes This Opportunity Different?
