Accelerate Bx provides comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, consultation services, and support for families and adults.

Position Description:
The Psychology Assistant will primarily conduct diagnostic observations and standardized assessments in young children under the supervision of a licensed psychologist. This role will utilize evidence-based assessment practices, standardized testing, and emerging technologies that enhance diagnostic accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and collaborate, excited about innovation, and motivated by the opportunity to make a lasting impact on families who are seeking answers and support. Responsibilities Administer standardized assessments and structured observations for young children. Understand and incorporate culturally responsive practices. Collect objective data. Write detailed, structured observation notes according to template. Collaborate with licensed psychologist. Utilize innovative and emerging technologies that support assessment and diagnostic processes. Maintain documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards. Contribute to the growth and development of Accelerate Bx's clinical services and programs. Participate in quality improvement and clinical best-practice initiatives. • Collaborate closely with centralized administrative and operational support teams to streamline scheduling and intake. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in child development, education, special education, psychology, or other related field. Experience working with young children. Experience and knowledge of autism spectrum disorders. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Commitment to culturally responsive and family-centered care. Must pass federal and state level background checks. Preferred Enrollment in master's level program. Interest in growing with the company.
