Position Overview The Clinical Psychologist will provide evidence-based behavioral health services within a Primary Care Behavioral Health model , collaborating closely with medical staff in a multidisciplinary Military Treatment Facility (MTF). Core Responsibilities Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and targeted psychological evaluations Perform patient screenings, brief assessments, and standardized testing Provide evidence-based brief interventions (CBT, ACT, and other modalities) Assist in diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education Collaborate with physicians and medical staff across primary care clinics Monitor patient safety and implement precautionary measures when indicated Coordinate care with military and community agencies Support referrals and continuity of care across specialty services Deliver care in Internal Medicine, Family Health, and Warrior Operational Medicine clinics (rotational basis) Minimum Qualifications Education & Training PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology Graduate of an APA-accredited doctoral program Completion of an APA-accredited psychology internship Experience Minimum 24 months of clinical experience within the past 36 months Experience delivering evidence-based outpatient treatment Licensure Active, unrestricted psychologist license in any U.S. state, DC, Guam, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands OR Recent graduates (within 12 months) may be considered contingent upon obtaining licensure within 12 months of hire Additional Requirements Board certified or board-eligible in specialty area BLS Certification (AHA or ARC) Ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance About ERP International ERP International is a nationally respected provider of health, science, and technology solutions supporting federal and commercial clients in 40 states .
