Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. ProCare Therapy is seeking a School Psychologist for a school-based contract position with a local school district near Sidney, Montana. Position Overview The School Psychologist will provide comprehensive psychological services to support students' academic achievement, social-emotional development, and overall well-being. This role involves assessment, consultation, and collaboration with school staff and families to create positive learning environments. Responsibilities Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment data Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings, providing clear recommendations Support the development and implementation of academic and behavioral interventions Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families Provide counseling and crisis support services as needed Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district guidelines Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology Active or eligible Montana School Psychologist certification/licensure School-based experience preferred Ability to work onsite for the full school year Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
