Telos Health Systems is seeking a Psychotherapist (LCMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist - PsyD/PhD) to provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy services in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities. Fee-for-service, pay-per-encounter compensation with company-provided equipment and full benefits for full-time staff. 02 What you'll do ◆ Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations. ◆ Provide individual psychotherapy and ongoing treatment services. ◆ Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans with the multidisciplinary care team. ◆ Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. ◆ Coordinate care with facility staff, medical providers, and other healthcare professionals. ◆ Adhere to all federal, state, and organizational standards, policies, and regulations. 03 What we're looking for ◆ Active, unrestricted North Carolina license as an LCMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD). ◆ Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field. ◆ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a clinical team. ◆ Strong communication and clinical documentation skills. ◆

experience in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, or long-term care settings. 04 Compensation & benefits W-2 employment with a $15,000 sign-on bonus, plus fee-for-service, pay-per-encounter compensation and flexible scheduling — part-time (two nonconsecutive days you choose) or full-time Monday through Friday. Full-time employees (30+ hours/week) are eligible for medical and prescription coverage (Blue Cross Blue Shield), dental and vision (UnitedHealthcare), a 401(k) through Nationwide, voluntary Aflac benefits, 15 days PTO, and six paid holidays. All employees receive occurrence-based malpractice coverage ($1M/$3M), a $1,000 annual CEU and licensure allowance, mileage reimbursement, and company-provided equipment, including a Microsoft Surface Pro.
