School Psych | Durham, North Carolina ProCare Therapy - 3.9 Durham, NC Job Details Full-time | Contract 3 days ago Qualifications School experience School psychology Working with students Full Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a School Psychologist in a dynamic educational setting near Durham, NC. Key Qualifications:
Valid and current Professional Licensure in School Psychology (required) Experience conducting assessments, evaluations, and interventions in a school environment Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families Ability to navigate sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism Completion of required credentialing documents, including fingerprints and drug screening Flexible schedule availability for a prescreen interview between 9-11am or 2-3pmEST Core Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results to guide educational planning Develop and implement intervention strategies for individual students and groups Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student learning and emotional health Provide crisis intervention and contribute to the development of positive behavioral supports Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and regulatory requirements Participate in meetings to contribute expertise to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) andStudent Support Teams Perks and Benefits:
