Why School Psychs Thrive Here School-based, student-centered model Caseloads designed to support quality work Access to shared assessments and tools Collaborative IEP teams and educator-aligned practices Flexible scheduling and autonomy for contractors Requirements Current license from the North Carolina Department of Education NCSP credential (preferred but not required) Minimum of 1 year of school-based experience (preferred) Passion for educational equity and whole-child support Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice Must pass a background check Compensation (based on experience and assignment type): 1099
