Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time school psychologist position is available for the 2026/2027 school year in Seward, NE. This itinerant role involves providing psychological services to multiple schools within the district. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting evaluations, assessments, and comprehensive report writing to support student learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students across multiple schools Prepare detailed reports outlining assessment results and recommendations Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop effective intervention strategies Provide consultation and support related to behavioral and educational concerns Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education planning
Qualifications:
Valid certification/licensure as a school psychologist Experience conducting assessments and report writing in an educational setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage caseloads across multiple schools in an itinerant capacity Knowledge of current best practices in school psychology and special education laws
