The ideal candidate is a neuroaffirmative provider who is passionate about working with diverse populations and providing respectful, strengths-based assessments for individuals across the lifespan. This role focuses primarily on psychological testing and diagnostic evaluations, including assessments for autism, ADHD, learning differences, and other neurodevelopmental and mental health conditions. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological and diagnostic evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological assessments Utilize neuroaffirmative evaluation practices that support and respect neurodivergent individuals Conduct autism assessments using structured instruments and clinical interviewing Complete thorough evaluation reports and provide feedback sessions to clients and families Collaborate with clinical staff and referral sources as needed Required Qualifications Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field Fully licensed Psychologist in the state of New Hampshire Experience conducting psychological and neurodevelopmental evaluations across the lifespan Training and competency in ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) Training and competency in MIGDAS (Monteiro Interview Guidelines for Diagnosing Autism Spectrum) Strong report writing and diagnostic formulation skills Commitment to neuroaffirmative and culturally responsive care Preferred Qualifications Experience evaluating autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities Experience working with children and adolescents Familiarity with additional assessment tools (e.g., cognitive, executive functioning, adaptive functioning, and academic testing) What We Offer Flexible scheduling Supportive and collaborative clinical environment Full administrative support
