Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a difference for students as a School Psychologist, working full-time on a contract basis near Newport, NH. Desired Qualifications:
Hold a valid School Psychologist credential or license (state requirements must be met) Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field Experience with assessments, counseling, and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong understanding of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic evaluations to assess students' needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement IEPs and intervention plans Provide direct and indirect counseling services to support student success and well-being Assist staff and families in creating supportive learning environments Maintain accurate documentation and confidential records Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development activities as required This contract role offers a rewarding chance to impact lives while gaining valuable experience within educational settings.
