Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Empower students to thrive by leveraging your expertise as a School Psychologist in a dynamic educational setting near Center Ossipee, NH. This full-time, contract opportunity places you at the heart of student development, where your insight and compassion can make a lasting difference. Working 30-35 hours per week, you'll collaborate closely with dedicated educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help all learners succeed.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution New Hampshire state certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist Demonstrated experience in conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results Strong background in developing and monitoring IEPs, 504 plans, and behavior intervention strategies Excellent communication and organizational skills for consultation and collaboration Ability to build trust and rapport with students, families, and school teams
Key Responsibilities:
Administer assessments to identify academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs of students Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to design and implement effective interventions Lead and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing expertise to support student learning Offer crisis intervention and counseling services when needed Support the creation of safe, positive, and inclusive school environments through program development and staff training Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines Enjoy working within a forward-thinking environment where you can apply your skills to create positive outcomes for students.
