Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity tailored for experienced School Psychologists seeking a dynamic, full-time position. This 37.5-hour-per-week role offers the chance to serve students across K-12, providing vital support throughout the district. With flexibility to accommodate your preferred grade level, your expertise will blend seamlessly with a dedicated team of five other professionals, fostering collaboration and shared learning.
What you bring:
Valid certification as a School Psychologist. Experience performing evaluations, IEP development, re-evaluations, and conducting initials. Comfort working in a district-wide, multi-site capacity and supporting diverse student needs. Strong communication skills for working with faculty, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Motivation to make data-driven decisions and advocate for student success.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations. Interpreting assessment data and participating actively in eligibility meetings. Designing, reviewing, and updating Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Providing counsel and direct support to students, offering consultation to staff and families. Working collaboratively with a team of fellow psychologists to support district initiatives. Documenting and maintaining timely and confidential records in compliance with policies.
