Qualifications & Experience:
Valid certification as a School Psychologist. Experience in assessment, intervention, data analysis, and counseling within a school setting. Strong communication skills with students, families, and staff. Familiarity with special education processes and individualized education plan (IEP) development. Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative support team.
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments. Lead and participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop, monitor, and update IEPs. Provide counseling, consultation, and crisis intervention services to students. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive educational outcomes. Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines. Design and implement evidence-based interventions within the school setting.
