This assignment will support a maternity leave coverage from September 1, 2026 through January 29, 2027 , with orientation scheduled for August 25-27, 2026 . School Year Assignment:
September 1, 2026 - January 29, 2027
Hours:
M-F, 8:30am-2:55pm
Pay:
$60-$65/hour Compensation for the full school day, including prep time, note time, and lunch.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessment and Evaluation:
Conduct psychological assessments to identify learning and behavioral issues and interpret results to develop intervention plans.
Counseling and Intervention:
Provide individual and group counseling, and implement intervention strategies to support students' emotional and behavioral needs.
Consultation and Collaboration:
Work with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop strategies for addressing academic, behavioral, and social issues.
Requirements:
Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) NJ school psychologist certification
