Job Description

ESS Clinical is seeking motivated School Psychologists who are passionate about supporting students' academic, emotional, and behavioral success. Collaborate with educators and families to make a real impact. Pay up to $85/ hour!
Qualifications:
Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field required Licensure through the New Jersey Board of Psychology required New Jersey School Psychologist certification Minimum of 3 years experience as a Case Manager Bilingual Candidates preferred Frontline knowledge preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, social, and emotional functioning. Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations for individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement strategies to address students' needs and support their learning and well-being. Assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and crisis intervention strategies. Participate in multidisciplinary teams to evaluate students for special education eligibility and contribute to the development of IEPs. Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with school policies and regulations.
