  • Beginning of June 2027 We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a school setting for the 2026/2027 school year.
This full-time role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work closely with educators, families, and support staff to help students achieve behavioral, social, and academic success. Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide supervision and support to RBTs and school staff Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families Support positive behavior strategies across classroom and school settings Participate in IEP meetings and student support planning Qualifications Active BCBA certification required Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills Passion for supporting children and adolescents What We Offer Competitive compensation
