Position Highlights We are seeking a post-doctoral fellow in psychology to provide in-person therapy services under licensed supervision. This flexible, professional role offers an excellent opportunity to focus on clinical work while benefiting from robust administrative support, weekly supervision, and accrual of supervised clinical hours to meet New Jersey licensure requirements for psychologists.

Accrual of supervised clinical hours compliant with New Jersey Board of Psychological Examiners requirements for licensure (e.g., up to 1,750 hours per year toward the postdoctoral supervised experience mandate). Set your own schedule to fit your life. Expectations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans under supervision. Maintain from up to 20 patients per week. Provide psychotherapy to individuals and families seeking in-person therapy. Maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Provide support and guidance for patients dealing with issues related to anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, and other presentations. Stay current with developments in the field of psychology through continuous education and training. Participate in weekly supervision sessions to review cases and ensure progress toward NJ licensure. Qualifications Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology or related field from an accredited institution. Eligibility for provisional or limited permit to practice in New Jersey as a post-doctoral fellow working toward full licensure. Experience in mental health counseling (pre-doctoral internship or equivalent). Experience and willingness to work with adults, children, families, and couples a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations. Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality of patient information.
