Qualifications and Experience:
Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility for state licensure Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or closely related field Prior experience in K-12 school environments preferred Ability to conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments Strong consultation and collaboration skills with families, educators, and support staff Commitment to promoting equity and inclusion for students of all backgrounds
What You'll Do:
Deliver full-time, school-based psychological services throughout the school year Assess students using appropriate evaluation tools to identify learning, social, emotional, and behavioral needs Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings to develop student support plans Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families Assist with crisis intervention and prevention, contributing to a safe and supportive school climate Maintain clear and timely documentation in accordance with district and legal guidelines Support professional development for fellow educators and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented environment Enjoy the benefits of a consistent, weekday schedule and the ability to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students from kindergarten through high school graduation.
