Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) with strong expertise in psychological testing, cognitive assessment, and disability evaluations. This role involves conducting comprehensive, evidence-based assessments, providing therapy services as needed, and producing clear, defensible reports for clinical, insurance, and government-related purposes. We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and Licensed Clinical Psychologist to help us aid our community. You will provide quality services to a diverse population, and work with our team of clinicians and cognitive assistants to uphold our mission and philosophy of care. We provide treatment to traditionally underserved populations that is strengths-based, evidence-informed, and client-centered. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological and diagnostic evaluations (e.g., ADHD, autism, cognitive, personality, and disability assessments). Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological tests. Perform functional and disability evaluations in accordance with applicable guidelines (e.g., SSA requirements). Prepare detailed, accurate, and defensible clinical reports for clinical, insurance, and. government use. Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions as needed. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support patient care and outcomes. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation. Ensure adherence to ethical standards, state regulations, and company policies. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment. Required Qualifications Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology. Active and unrestricted Psychologist license in the state of Nevada. Demonstrated experience in psychological testing, assessment, and diagnosis. Strong clinical writing and documentation skills.
