SUNY Broome Community College is seeking candidates for part-time adjunct faculty teaching in the Psychology & Human Services department.. Applications for Adjunct Instructor positions are accepted on a continuous basis. Candidates are contacted and hired as opportunities arise, depending on the college's needs. Successful candidates will have previous experience teaching undergraduate psychology and/or human services courses such as General Psychology and Human Development. Primary responsibilities include developing and teaching one (1) to three (3) courses per semester at the introductory and/or advanced level.Requirements:
A Master's degree in the discipline, or a Master's degree in a related field with at least 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline, is required. Teaching experience is required; preferably at the community college level. Comfort with technology and teaching in multiple modalities such as face-to-face, online, and Hyflex is preferred. Experience with learning or other assessment also preferred. Applicants should be comfortable in the learner-centered classroom and have a strong commitment to the community college mission. Must be eligible to work in the United States without a visa sponsorship.Additional Information:
