Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference this school year by providing essential mental health support to students as a School Psychologist. Ideal candidates are adept at assessment, counseling, and consultation within an educational environment. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current state certification as a School Psychologist Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology (or related field) Experience conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results Strong ability to develop and implement intervention strategies Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families Comfortable utilizing teletherapy platforms and digital assessment tools for virtual work
Key Responsibilities:
Complete assessments and re-evaluations for students in accordance with state and federal guidelines Participate in eligibility determination and individualized education program (IEP) meetings Provide counseling services and crisis intervention as needed Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to create supportive plans for student growth Maintain meticulous documentation and adhere to all ethical and professional standards Deliver services virtually, ensuring students receive consistent support regardless of setting
