Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:
Complete intake and assessments to develop an individualized Family Need Profile and Support Plan. Provide counseling and therapy to clients and families using evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques, maintaining a caseload of clients sufficient to meet billable hour requirements. Work closely with the clinical team to provide instructional support and implementation of our play-based Family Support Plans. Conduct individual play-based therapy sessions with children and coordinate sessions with their caregivers in-home and virtually to ensure consistency in skill-building. Organize regular collaborative meetings with students' teachers and related providers in order to coordinate care, ensure mutual goal alignment, and to exchange plans, strategies, and progress monitoring. Monitor and evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Conduct quarterly reassessments, aligned with schools' regular progress report/grading cycle, and use assessment results to update goals, adjust treatment strategies, and revise intervention plans as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and documentation in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements. Ability to learn and utilize our therapeutic developmental kits, in order to teach and empower families to develop skills and modify behaviors. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case discussions and treatment planning. Required Skills/Abilities:
PlayBright SBFSP Clinician (MSW) Minimum 2 years, school-based, after-school, or community-based outpatient experience. Must live in the state you are serving/school district for which you are applying. Must be comfortable providing therapy both in-person/in-home and via a telehealth platform. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional clinical skills and ability to adapt/adjust clinical approach to meet the families' needs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of local resources and community organizations. Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed. Ability to take initiative to build strong alliances with school partners and work on a multidisciplinary team. Must have a car and willingness to drive to both assigned school and in-home sessions accordingly.
Pay:
$38.00 - $48.00 per hour
