Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Intervention & Counseling:
 Provide direct counseling (individual or group) to help students with anxiety, trauma, social skills, and emotional regulation.
Consultation:
 Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop positive behavioral interventions, classroom management strategies, and academic support.
System-Level Support:
 Implement school-wide programs to improve school climate, safety, and academic performance.
Assessment & Evaluation:
 Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify academic disabilities, cognitive abilities, and social-emotional needs to determine eligibility for special education services.
