Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution Valid and current state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience conducting assessments, developing intervention strategies, and providing counseling services in a school setting Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families Proficiency in creating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and participating in multidisciplinary teams Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a diverse caseload
Key Responsibilities:
Perform psychoeducational assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of need Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement targeted interventions Provide individual and group counseling to support students' emotional, social, and behavioral growth Participate in IEP meetings, offering insight and guidance on student progress and needs Consult with educators and parents to promote effective academic and behavioral solutions Deliver professional development workshops and act as a resource for mental health concerns within the school community This role allows you to engage meaningfully with students, contribute to team-based problem solving, and help shape an inclusive atmosphere where every learner can succeed.
