Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. This full-time contract position covers a maternity leave and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact with students in grades K-3. Your expertise will be essential as you provide direct and consultative services, assessment, and collaboration within a supportive environment focused on student success. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid certification as a School Psychologist Experience working in a K-3/elementary school setting preferred Strong background in conducting student assessments and developing intervention plans Excellent communication skills for working closely with students, staff, and families Ability to effectively support children's social, emotional, and academic needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and assessments for students in Kindergarten through 3rd grade Serve on multidisciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Provide direct support and interventions for students' behavioral and emotional needs Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student well-being Assist in crisis prevention and intervention within the school environment If you are seeking a fulfilling role that lets you use your training to make a difference during a colleague's leave, consider this contract opportunity for this fall.
