Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding opportunity as a skilled School Psychologist, supporting students' growth and success in an engaging educational environment just outside Bedford, OH. This contract role offers a consistent full-time schedule for the upcoming school year, allowing you to make a meaningful impact within a close-knit school community. Your expertise will be highly valued as you collaborate on evaluations, develop IEPs, and implement evidence-based interventions for a caseload of 40-50 students. With all responsibilities centered at a single school building, you'll have the chance to build strong relationships with students, families, and staff members throughout the academic year.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology Valid licensure/certification as a School Psychologist Familiarity with special education procedures, assessments, and interventions Experience crafting and supporting IEPs Exceptional communication, organizational, and consultation skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment data Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with educators and families Deliver individual and group interventions to address student learning, social-emotional, and behavioral needs Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and preventative supports as needed Maintain accurate and confidential student records and reports This contract offers a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, spanning from August 24, 2026, through June 7, 2027.
