Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated School Psychologist ready to make a positive impact on elementary students. This full-time, contract role is scheduled for the 2026/2027 school year, offering 37.5 hours per week in a supportive and collaborative school environment. Work directly with students, families, and staff to ensure every child has the resources and support to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations for elementary-aged students Participate in IEP meetings as a critical team member, providing insights for tailored education plans Perform classroom and student observations to assist in accurate assessments and targeted recommendations Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school administrators to promote the well-being of all students Maintain accurate documentation, records, and evaluation reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
Required Qualifications:
Current Ohio School Psychologist certification Experience working within elementary school settings preferred Strong knowledge of evaluation techniques and IEP process Exceptional communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting students with diverse needs Compensation for this opportunity ranges from $45/hour to $55/hour, based on experience and education.
