Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make an impact helping students thrive emotionally, socially, and academically in a dynamic educational setting. This exciting contract opportunity invites experienced School Psychologists to provide comprehensive support and guidance to school-aged children in the vicinity of Euclid, OH. You'll collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster positive outcomes for students of all backgrounds and abilities.
Qualifications & Experience Sought:
Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility for Ohio credentials) Background in conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results Strong knowledge of evidence-based interventions and best practices for school settings Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, staff, and families Experience collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team to support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Adaptable, compassionate, and solution-focused mindset
Key Responsibilities:
Administer assessments to identify students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs Develop recommendations for individualized supports and interventions Contribute expertise during IEP and other team meetings, advocating for student success Provide direct consultation, counseling, and crisis intervention services as needed Work alongside teachers and parents to create a positive, inclusive learning environment Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines This assignment offers the chance to broaden your experience while making a meaningful difference in students' lives.
