Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic full-time role that will allow you to have a meaningful impact across multiple educational communities. We're seeking an experienced professional to provide comprehensive psychological services for K-12 students in an itinerant position, working with three different districts for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract opportunity offers 35 hours per week, supporting diverse student populations and collaborating closely with school teams.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Ohio School Psychologist certification at time of application Experience working with K-12 students, ideally in a school-based setting Strong background in conducting psychoeducational evaluations and writing reports Skilled in participating in IEP meetings and formulating data-driven recommendations Excellent communication skills for collaboration with school staff, administrators, and parents Adaptability and effective time management while serving multiple districts
Role Responsibilities:
Travel between assigned districts each week to provide psychological services as needed Assess students referred for evaluation, including cognitive, academic, and social-emotional domains Interpret assessment results and recommend appropriate interventions Actively engage in IEP development meetings, ensuring compliance and student-centered solutions Consult with educators, counselors, and families to support student growth and well-being This position provides compensation ranging from $45/hr to $55/hr.
