Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a lasting impact in the educational journey of students as a School Psychologist working with K-12th grade learners. This dynamic, contract-based role offers flexibility for full-time or part-time schedules and a chance to work in an itinerant capacity, engaging with diverse students and staff. You'll play an integral role in supporting students' academic, social-emotional, and behavioral success through comprehensive evaluations, collaboration, and participation in IEP meetings.
Key Qualifications:
Valid Ohio School Psychologist Certification required Demonstrated expertise in conducting student evaluations Experience working with K-12th grade populations preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to travel between sites as needed (itinerant role) Commitment to collaborating with staff, parents, and students to develop actionable strategies
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students across various grade levels Participate actively in IEP meetings and help develop best-fit plans for students Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure students' needs are met Provide consultation and ongoing support to educational teams Travel between assigned schools to address caseload needs In this role, you'll receive an hourly compensation ranging from $45 to $53, depending on experience and credentials.
