Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Imagine helping students reach their full potential in a dynamic, supportive environment. This full-time contract opportunity is perfect for an experienced School Psychologist ready to work with K-12th grade learners. As an itinerant professional, you'll travel between educational sites, conducting evaluations, participating in IEP meetings, and collaborating closely with dedicated educators and support staff to support student growth and development. Your expertise will be vital in assessing students' needs, developing effective interventions, and ensuring every student's voice is heard. The role is designed to foster a collaborative, student-centered approach and offers a flexible, stimulating workday with a variety of settings and age groups.
Required Qualifications:
Ohio School Psychologist certification (active and in hand) Experience working with diverse K-12 caseloads preferred Ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations and interpret results Skilled in facilitating and contributing to IEP meetings Strong communication and collaborative skills with students, families, and colleagues
Key Responsibilities:
Complete psychoeducational assessments and deliver clear, actionable reports Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Offer expert consultation and support to teachers, administrators, and families Travel between school sites as an itinerant psychologist, making a broad impact across student populations Maintain timely records and documentation in line with district and state guidelines Those selected will receive competitive compensation ranging from $45/hr to $53/hr, determined by experience and qualifications. Eligible candidates may also receive a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, along with housing and meals/incidentals support while on assignment.
