Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact supporting students' academic and emotional growth in a dynamic contract role beginning August 24, 2026, and running through June 7, 2027. This engaging position is ideal for dedicated school psychologists passionate about assessment, intervention, and collaboration, and offers the opportunity to contribute to a supportive educational environment over the course of a full academic year. You'll serve one assigned building and support a manageable caseload of 40-50 students, focusing on comprehensive evaluations, developing and implementing IEPs, providing interventions, and working directly with students, educators, and families. You'll become a vital resource, driving student success and well-being.
Key Qualifications:
Valid and current School Psychologist certification and state licensure Experience with student assessments, IEP development, and intervention planning Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams as well as independently Strong communication and organizational skills Previous experience in a school setting preferred
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and assessments Collaborate on the development and implementation of IEPs Deliver individual and group interventions to support student progress Consult with teachers, parents, and school teams for student advocacy Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide actionable insights This full-time opportunity spans a 37.5-hour workweek in an engaging and collaborative educational atmosphere.
