Job Description

Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a positive impact in the lives of students by providing crucial psychological support and assessments for the upcoming school year. This contract role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic educational environment, collaborating with a dedicated team of educators and specialists. Start in August 2026 and continue through early June 2027, working 37.5 hours per week within one building to support a manageable caseload of 40-50 students. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing and monitoring IEPs, and implementing targeted interventions.
Key Qualifications:
Valid School Psychologist certification for Ohio Experience working with school-aged children Strong understanding of IEP processes, student evaluations, and intervention strategies Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families Adaptable and able to manage a variety of cases within school settings
Responsibilities:
Conduct student psychological evaluations and assessments Develop, write, and participate in IEP meetings Provide direct interventions for students as needed Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to address student needs Maintain accurate records and comply with reporting requirements Support a supportive and inclusive learning environment This contract position allows for a predictable weekly schedule within a single school building, supporting both Hadley Middle School and Bedford High School.
