Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or equivalent Current or eligibility for SLP-CCC or CFY; valid state licensure Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus, but clinical fellows are welcome Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Commitment to fostering student growth and collaborating with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based speech, language, and communication interventions for students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school and state guidelines Maintain accurate progress records and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Provide support to teachers and staff regarding communication disorders and strategies Engage families in their child's progress and deliver education about communication development Adapt services and materials to meet diverse and changing student needs
