Job Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school psychologist position is available onsite in Albany, OR, seeking dedicated professionals to join immediately for the current school year through June 12. This full-time role offers an opportunity to conduct evaluations and testing at the district's central office, providing direct support to local schools through consultation and referrals without managing a caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough psychological evaluations and testing at the district office Support schools by providing consultation and handling referrals Collaborate with educational staff regarding IEP development and the referral process Assist with initial and re-evaluation procedures to ensure student needs are met Maintain flexible working hours within the school day (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
Qualifications:
Master's Degree or higher in School Psychology Active or in-process Oregon state license as a School Psychologist Experience with psychological testing, report writing, and handling IEPs Familiarity with initial evaluation and re-evaluation processes, along with the referral system This position offers a flexible schedule for 37.5 hours per week and an immediate start with some scheduling flexibility for January or February.
